CUSP Designer Interview: Amrita Singh
Amrita Singh launched her jewelry company in 2003, after graduating from FIT and working with such prestigious designers as Oscar de la Renta and Christian Lacroix. Her eponymous line is inspired by her passion for Indian art, and her collection is based on the designs of the Mughal Era in India, from the early 16th Century to the early 18th Century.
